The return policy states:

You can return the goods you ordered within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (after deducting the shipping costs and the equivalent from the product value). Please note this in the terms of the return policy.

Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- The return request will be ignored if the goods do not meet the following requirements:

1-Shoes must be unworn.

2- It should be in the condition it was received.

3- Original packaging.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will provide you with the full amount paid after deducting the shipping costs from the value of the individual product for the entire order, after reviewing the returned goods within 72 hours of receiving them.

Your refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Or it will be transferred to your bank account. Please note that it depends on the credit card company , and it takes an additional 10 to 20 business days.

- If you do not receive the shipment after it has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted and we will refund the remaining amount to you.

4.4 Rights to return goods to us as referred to in paragraph .

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
