Refund tool:

- You can return the items you ordered within 7 days of the receipt date for a full refund (after deducting the shipping and return fees from the product value). Please note this in the refund terms:

- (Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable + (20 riyals will be deducted from the product value for shipping and return fees)
- Your refund request will be ignored if the items do not meet the following requirements:
1- The shoes must be unworn.

2- They must be in the same condition as received.

3- They must be in the original packaging.

- Upon receipt of the items, we will provide you with the full invoice paid after deducting the shipping fees from the product value for the entire order, after reviewing the returned items within 72 hours of receipt.

Your customs fees will be refunded directly to your bank card or the original payment method. Within 7 days. Or it will be transferred to your bank account. Please note that this depends on the type of credit card used, and the processing time is 10 to 20 additional business days.

- If you do not receive your shipment after it has been shipped, deduct the full shipping costs and we will refund the remaining amount.

This section 4.4 does not affect your statutory rights.
