1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering with us. Some areas are only available after registering with the website.
1.2 We may amend these terms and conditions at any time, and this page will be updated accordingly. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, as they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by specific legal notices or clauses located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have notified you, you must not continue to use this website.
2. Buying from us
2.1 You may order any product by purchasing online. You will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an email confirming your order and details of the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the product. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. When we ship the product, the purchase is concluded even if your payment is processed immediately, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you cancel your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
where the goods are not available;
where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
If there is an error in the pricing or product description; or
if you do not meet any of the eligibility criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions.
3. Pricing
3.1 Prices may be subject to change at any time and for any reason Frenzy deems appropriate.
3.2 When you are billed, shipping and other charges are shown separately, and the appropriate prices are shown on the checkout page.
3.3 We have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate, and in particular, that the prices shown are correct at the time of publication.
4. Cancellations and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you may notify us by calling +966 4 8456056 or emailing frenzy.aq@gmail.com before we ship the goods to you. If the goods have already been shipped to you, returning the goods to us is subject to clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You may return the goods you ordered from us within two days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges or a replacement. Please note this in our Returns Policy.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid, less shipping costs or a replacement, as required, after our inspection of the goods has been completed (usually within 72 hours of receipt). We will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10-20 business days after your credit card is submitted and credited to your account.
4.4 You have the right to return goods to us as described in paragraph 4.5.
Your return will be disregarded if the goods do not meet the following requirements: the shoes must be unworn, in the condition as received, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

5.1 You may not use any part or all of the Site under any circumstances without the express permission of Frenzy.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Site (including, without limitation, photographs and images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any use of this Site other than in accordance with Clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited.
If you breach any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use this Site automatically terminates, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Site.
5.3 Subject to Clause 5.1, no part of this Site may be reproduced, stored on any other website, or included in any public website, private electronic retrieval system, or service without our prior written permission.
5.4 Any rights not expressly expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates the law or rights of any third party in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other country in the world.
4. Is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, data corruption, or other malicious software or data).
7.3 You may not misuse the Site (including, without limitation, by hacking).
7.4 We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone or any website posting any material in violation of Terms 2.7 or 3.7.

9.1 Each registration is for one user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with anyone else or with multiple users on the network. Furthermore, you may not create multiple accounts for one person.
9.2 You are responsible for the security of any passwords issued by you. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you must change your password and contact us immediately.
9.3 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or in the event of a breach of any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
